My Approach to New Website Creation

Contact and Initial Consultation

So you’ve decided to contact me and thus taken the first step towards your new website. But what now? First, you share your general ideas with me via email or WhatsApp.

This gives me a first impression of the scope of your plans.

Phone Consultation

After a first impression, we will arrange a phone consultation. During this, we will discuss all your wishes and ideas for an optimal website for your business.

If you already have precise ideas or even a draft of a possible website, I will implement it.

If you don’t have any ideas for your website yet, I will present my concepts regarding the scope and functionality of the website and implement them in consultation with you.

Contract and Cost Estimate

You will only incur costs after the consultation is completed. After our phone consultation, I will send you a non-binding offer and a contract outlining the terms and conditions for website creation within 24 hours. Here you will transparently see the total costs involved.

Project Start and Handover of Login Data

Once you have decided to work with me and send back the signed contract, I will send you a document with all the information I need from you. These include:

1. Administrator user on WordPress or login data for the website for other CMS systems
2. Company logo and name
3. Company slogan and/or philosophy
4. Texts, images, and videos (if available)
5. Written communication of all precise wishes and ideas

Start of Website Work

Once I have all the necessary data about you and your company, I will start planning the website. I place great importance on active communication with you during this process. Unless otherwise requested, I make all my changes directly on your website and not initially on a private server, so that you can always monitor my work and immediately inform me of any change requests that come to mind. Ultimately, I create the website for you, and you must be satisfied with it!

All work on the website will be completed by the previously agreed deadline.

Changes After Website Completion

It’s possible that after my work on the website is completed, you may have further change requests due to communication errors or because you envisioned certain aspects differently.

For this reason, up to 4 hours of changes after project completion are included in the price for every website creation project I undertake. So, if you still have any wishes, I will be happy to implement them for you.

All further changes exceeding 4 hours of effort will then be compensated at an hourly rate of €25.00.

Responsive Design

Once all content and design aspects of the website are implemented, I ensure that the website is optimally displayed on every type of device. Just because a website looks good on a computer doesn’t mean it’s also appealing on a mobile phone. I naturally take care of these changes as well, so that you are optimally presented everywhere.

Website Handover and Transition to Maintenance

Once your website is completed, our contractual relationship will initially end. Either you want to manage your website yourself, in which case I would remove my user from the website and log out of the CMS system.

If you wish for ongoing support from my side, I would then send you another contract for website maintenance. Subsequently, the contractual relationship would be continued, and I would continue to manage your website.
